The heat level on this jerky is pretty good.  I love spicy foods and this is definitely the hottest jerky I've tried.  Most important though is that it also tastes great.  It is moist and tender with a nice flavor to complement the heat.

If you like your jerky hot then this is a winner.  I'll be ordering more.
