Flat Rate & Free Shipping Information
	FREE Shipping If your order product total is $34.95 & up or is shipping to an APO/FPO Address, we will ship your order anywhere within the USA for FREE via USPS Priority Mail! (Including Hawaii, Alaska & P.O. Boxes). Most orders will arrive in 1-3 business days after shipping. ** Orders are shipped from 90720 - Los Alamitos, CA. If you need or want your order quicker, you can upgrade and pay for one of the faster shipping methods available at checkout (Express Mail, UPS 2nd day etc). If you need or prefer UPS Ground, it is also offered as a shipping method at checkout. Flat Rate Shipping ($5.10) If your order total is less than $34.95 you can select "Flat Rate via USPS Priority Mail" Shipping Option at checkout, we will ship your order anywhere within the USA for only $5.10! (Including Hawaii, Alaska & P.O. Boxes).Most orders will arrive in 1-3 days after shipping. If you need or want your order quicker, you can upgrade and pay for one of the faster shipping methods available at checkout (Express Mail, UPS 2nd day etc). If you need or prefer UPS Ground, it is also offered as a shipping method at checkout.
Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses

Do you ship to my country?
	Most countries' Customs Officers will allow our jerky products entry because they are certified to be safe and wholesome by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). However, some countries will not allow our jerky products entry - The following countries do not allow entry of any meat jerky from America: Australia, Germany, Japan, New Zealand & the U.K. However, Matt's Munchies, Hot Sauces & our organic/natural candy can be sent to these countries for personal consumption/use. If you place an order for international shipping, we will ship your order via Priority Mail International. If you are outside of the USA & would like to know if there are any products we can ship to you, please contact customer service.
How much is my shipping?
	All Orders under $34.95 ship for a Flat Rate of $5.10 via USPS Priority Mail. If your order is $34.95 & up it ships for FREE via USPS Priority Mail. Most orders arrive in 1-3 business days once shipped. However, if you need your order sooner, or want to be able to give specific instructions to the carrier (such as "leave at my apartment door"), you can select a different shipping method at checkout before you submit your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
When will my order ship?
	If your order is placed before 2pm PST, it will generally ship the same day. If it is placed between 2pm PST & 5pm PST we will try to ship same day but do not guarantee it & if it is placed after 5pm PST, it will generally ship the following day. If your order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday, it will ship the next business day. We do not ship any orders until payment has been received. After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. The following applies to orders with in-store pick up: Our retail store is located in Los Alamitos, CA. If you wish to place an order for In Store Pick Up , we will process your order within 1 business day after your payment has been received. For prompt fulfillment of your order we recommend you pay online with a credit card. We will email you as soon as your order is ready for pick up. If you want to pick up your order same day, we encourage you come to our retail store and pick out your jerky instead of placing an online order - we can even help you create a custom gift box! In-Store Pick Up Orders that have been pre-paid will be held in our retail store for 10 business days & then returned to inventory - no refund will be issued unless special arrangements have been made in writing by us. If you determine you are unable to pick up your order within that time frame, please contact us to make arrangements to have your order shipped to you. In-Store Pick Up Orders that have not been pre-paid will only be held for 2 business days & then returned to inventory.
