Just Plain Good - And More April 10, 2013

Nothing fancy, but just plain vanilla extremely tasty beef jerky.  Moist, just right.  For this who want just plain well seasoned (neither spicy or bland) jerky.

This is what you would like to get every time - with hopes that you get the Divine Bovine or Jeff's with luck.

Now luck is not involved - you know!

Love jerky but not a huge fan of this one. The texture was not my favorite, it seemed, well, under done. There were even chunks of fat, I have never seen that with jerky before.  Almost too meaty and soft to be jerky.
