Fatman's Beef Jerky is a Sugar Free, New Mexico Style Jerky (thin & very dry), available in 2oz, 4oz, 8oz & 16oz bags.. This is the only Fatman's Flavor not marinated in soy.  Simply beef, salt, and a generous top-dressing of black pepper.   BEWARE!, it's addicting! This Jerky is Sugar Free (it does not list sugar as an ingredient) and Gluten Free (it is not marinated in Soy), however the nutritional information is not available.

All of the Fatman's Sugar free items I've tried are great!  This is my #2 favorite.  It was my #1 favorite until I tried Fatman's Smoky Chipotle.  If you don't like chili flavor.  Choose this one for SURE.

Great flavor.  I like that I can get smaller bags of this jerky. I live on jerky when I travel. I am a repeat customer of this jerky.

I wanted jerky that wasn't full of sugar and had a good taste. This stuff was wonderful - beefy with lots of pepper to excite your mouth. If you like beef and you like pepper you'll like this stuff.

I think this is my favourite jerky of all time. I love black pepper above almost all things and finding a jerky seasoned with a good amount of it really made me happy. I have restocked a few times and really love the balance of the beef and the pepper. I like the way I can see the grain of the beef that's been used and the fact that there's no sugar or softener in there. This is quality beef & doesn't need any of that stuff.

I've looked a very long time for a jerky that was both sugar free and soy free for our low-carb eating style. Finally, I found it! I love this jerky, and just placed an order for more, including a small pack for our son to try. I cannot say enough good things about the great customer service, too. My initial shipment was lost in the mail, and when I notified the company, Cowboy Dan phoned me at home and promptly sent another order at no charge even though the tracking number showed the order was lost by the post office. I wish I could have given more stars to this review.
