Fatman's Beef Jerky is a sugar free, New Mexico Style Jerky (thin & very dry), available in 2oz, 4oz, 8oz & 16oz bags..  The Green Chile is one of Fatman's BEST SELLERS!  They use hand-picked green chiles grown in the Pecos Valley of New Mexico (by far, the best tasting chiles in the world!).  BEWARE!, it's addicting! This Jerky does not list sugar as an ingredient, however the nutritional information shows 1g Sugar/1g Carbs.

  • Beef, Water, Soy Sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt), green chile, lemon juice, garlic, salt, black pepper, vinegar, salt, salt cure (salt, sodium nitrite - less than 1/10 of 1%)

No sugar as an ingredient.  The green chile is not overpowering but just spicy enough to give it a great taste that lasts awhile.   Delivery is prompt.  I'll continue to order from here!!
