The Divine Bovine has become my favorite. It is soft and moist.  It is not hard to chew and tears easily. Flavors are strong. If you like traditional tough jerky this is probably nor for you. If you like jerky that is soft, easy to chew, and very flavorful than you will like this. Cowboy Dans shipping is amazing,. I got free shipping and it always get from California to Texas in 1-2 days. Jerky is always very fresh. I bought the same jerky from Amazon.com, and it was old and full of mold. Buy here from Cowboy dans, you will not be sorry!
